Sussex
A large spreading bush 100 X 150 cm. with an overall look of mid green. Peduncles to 45 cm long, dark green with purple and bright green margins, very thick and erect.: Violet group with a white center; flowering in mid July - August. Aroma is a sweet fragrance. French field variety was imported as Super and sometimes mixed up with Impress Purple. It has also been called Arabian Night. The flower has a sweet herbaceous note closely resembling Lavandula angustifolia. It is used in our body products giving them a softer fragrance.
